Oral Communication practice

i choose the website http://www.manythings.org, it's so interested.
the websitd has a lot of exercise that we can do,like vocabulary study, grammat fan and pages with sound.Because we try to focus on oral part this week.i took two of the oral exercise.
The first is minimal pair practice & quizzes.it will speak two word which are very simillar,we have to recognize the diffense of two word.i think it's easy to me.but it's a good practice though.
The other one is English Listening Room, this one is very difficult. even I listened the song for ten times. I still can't really understand the song or the word it songs. it's too fast. i think there is nobady can understand the song at first time without lyrics. It's too fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
